A microblog

I started my first microblog. I created it using plagger and del.icio.us. To post an entry to the microblog, I have to post a bookmark to del.icio.us containing the tag microblog.

I currently use the following config file to create the page.

I made a little change to the default skin. It showed an url to the feed from which the entry came, but I don't need it, because I only have one feed from which all entries come.

Will HTTP Auth stop comment spam?

As an experiment I will try HTTP authentication to stop comment spam. The password is shown next to the chat button. I hope people will understand what to do. I also hope it will stop comment spam.

Power law tag size

Wij vervelen ons is my social concert calendar. It's a calendar where people can put their favorite concerts. A few weeks ago I added a tag cloud. The tag cloud looked really nice because the tag with the most concerts was bigger than other tags. I hadn't thought this thing out, so there was a hand coded 12-line if block that gave each tag a nice size and padding. This block didn't use the max count of concerts so there was a possibility that that more tags got the huge size.

The actual code (this is really bad code):
