I didn’t know it either and that means someone else probably also doesn’t know. It’s really useful for bigger features and I have used it many times without even knowing it. What is keystoning? Change the user-visible parts last. This way the changes seem to have come really fast for the user....

Perl 5.11.4 development release released

Perl 5.11.4 is released: This is the fifth DEVELOPMENT release in the 5.11.x series leading to a stable release of Perl 5.12.0. You can find a list of high-profile changes in this release in the file perl5114delta.pod inside the distribution.
